What’s for Dinner…

Monday: BBQ chicken, coleslaw  & cornbread casserole

Tuesday: Pork Chops Delight, perogies, and steamed broccoli

Wednesday:  Chicken Bruschetta Bake and a salad

Thursday: Beef Burgundy over egg noodles with a green veg

Friday:  Grilled Chicken (thighs) sandwiches, oven fries and a salad

  1. 414 calories or a piece of cornbread! Now I remember why I stopped eating it. Other than that, sounds delish.

    • to be fair, I divvy it up into twice as many servings. The kid loves it and this was “her” meal – every week, I try to give her one meal she chooses. It save me a lot of drama at the table.
